Director, Talent Manager, Management

Our client, a prestigious luxury brand with a rich heritage and strong international presence, is seeking an experienced and highly trustworthy senior professional to join its headquarters in the Canton of Geneva.

In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a team of approximately 15 specialists and ensure the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll and compensation processes for employees across all levels of the organization—from senior executives and specialists to production staff.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will manage relationships and interfaces with SVA - pension funds, and insurance providers. You will advise and support both management and employees on compensation, benefits, and pension-related matters.

Your expertise in structuring effective compensation frameworks and optimizing pension funds and insurance models will contribute significantly to the company’s long-term people strategy. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you will actively shape modern and competitive compensation structures within the organization.

You will work closely with Group Management and serve as a key interface with Finance and Controlling, providing strategic advice on salary, compensation, and benefits matters across the group.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with excellent analytical and advisory skills. Professional fluency in French, English, and German
