Hospice général à Genève recherche un directeur(rice) du Service Ressources pour piloter cinq unités et anticiper le redimensionnement. Vous assurerez l’encadrement, la coordination et le pilotage économique, RH et qualité du service, en lien avec AMIG et ASOC et le secteur.
Vous apporterez une vision stratégique, développerez des outils de pilotage et favoriserez l’innovation tout en garantissant le cadre légal genevois et le bien-être des bénéficiaires.
