Director Clinical Operations

You will oversee the assigned Delivery and Operations teams to ensure high-quality, risk-based, and efficient delivery of the entire clinical portfolio (PI-III and PM). you will provide strategic and operational oversight, Vendor managment, and continuous improvement of processes, and performance across the clinical development organisation.

Additionally, you will manage a diverse team, ensuring high-quality execution of clinical studies while driving the delivery and high standards.

Who you are:

• A proven track record of 10+ years in clinical / operations, focusing on complex studies
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives within clinical operations
• A graduate degree (Medical or Life Sciences) in a clinical research-related discipline or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in people and budget management
• Outstanding leadership capabilities to direct, influence, and motivate diverse teams (locally and remotely)
• Skilled in implementing operational excellence strategies
