Job Title

Sales & Marketing Officer

Purpose

The Sales & Marketing Officer plays a key role in promoting Pethyoeung’s digital health solutions across Cambodia. This position focuses on connecting healthcare institutions with technology-driven services that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and data management. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal communication to expand market presence and support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Pethyoeung’s digital health products and services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company goals.
  • Create marketing content and manage digital channels to build brand visibility.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales activities, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or IT industries is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
Salary

Negotiable based on experience.
