- Develop the Mexican market territory by prospecting new B2B clients, identifying decision-makers, booking meetings, and supporting deal closures.
- Understand your prospects’ business challenges— especially in HR, L&D, and talent development—and position goFLUENT as a strategic solution.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that challenge traditional learning approaches and clearly communicate the business impact and ROI of goFLUENT solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and business stakeholders across your accounts in Mexico.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential opportunities.
- Represent goFLUENT at local events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Travel within Mexico when required to support your sales efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, HR tech, e-learning, or international experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- A consultative, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, collaborative environment.
- Active on Linked In and familiar with social selling.
- Native Spanish and minimum B2 level of English.
- Good understanding of the Mexican business landscape is a strong advantage.
