Your Purpose
The SPA Product Manager is responsible for the strategic development, management, and optimization of spa products, treatments, and retail offerings. This role ensures that all spa products align with brand positioning, guest expectations, and commercial objectives, while driving revenue, innovation, and operational excellence across the spa portfolio.
Your Impact- Define and execute the spa product strategy, including treatments, retail products, and wellness concepts, in line with brand standards and business goals
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development and supplier selection to launch, performance monitoring, and optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Spa Operations, Marketing, Training, Procurement, Finance) to ensure seamless product implementation
- Lead supplier relationships, and performance reviews.
- Analyze product performance through KPIs, guest feedback, and financial results, and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory, safety, and brand standards across all locations.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Work closely with Training teams to ensure therapists and staff are fully trained on products and treatments.
- Monitor market trends, and innovations within the spa and wellness industry to maintain a competitive offering.
- Support new openings, refurbishments, and special projects related to spa product development.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven experience in product performance management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and guest experience
- Proven experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality product management
- Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and retail environments
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands preferre
- 10-15 years of experience in SPA and Wellness including Medispa treatments, retail products, and wellness concepts
- Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept development and supplier selection, legal requirements, launch, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills especially in guiding large teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory any other language is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee SPA operations across multiple locations.
- Experience with project management financial analysis and revenue management in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work effectively with departments such as Marketing Guest Services and Revenue Management to create a cohesive wellness experience for guests.
- Swiss nationality or right to work in Switzerland.
