Position: Strategic Named Account Executive - Public Sector (CHAT)
Location: Genf

We are currently looking for a curious and driven Named Account Executive with knowledge of technology and solid business‑to‑business sales and account management experience. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products across a Public Sector CHAT aligned patch of strategic Public Sector Accounts in Switzerland and Austria.

Your impact
  • To exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling our solutions into the Public Sector - CHAT
    .
  • As part of our Sales team you will be selling to strategic Public Sector accounts
    .
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
  • Manage and orchestrate the entire complex sales‑cycles, often presenting to C‑level executives the value of the Salesforce portfolio.
  • Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in‑market events, and account‑specific initiatives.
Basic Requirements
  • You will run the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales to position and sell Salesforce Platform.
  • By implementing detailed customer discovery and research, you will formalise a Go To Market strategy and build qualified target account lists.
  • You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline and close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
  • Engage with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Lead the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
  • You will build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and development programs.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience of selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor or system integrator.
  • Effectively optimize internal and external networks.
  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement, selling to customers within the Public Sector - CHAT
    .
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with the customer.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Curious to join the Salesforce Ohana.
