Job Overview

UBS is offering an 18‑month Wealth Management Associate Program in Italy, France or Belgium, with locations in Geneva, Lugano and Zurich. The program focuses on on‑the‑job development of a client book, supplemented by parallel education to build the foundation for a career as a Relationship Manager.

• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager by completing the training program and meeting financial and educational targets.
• Build a book of clients from your own network of wealthy individuals in the target markets.
• Establish long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Continuously grow your network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
• Acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the Wealth Management Certificate.

• Bachelor or Master degree from a leading university or business school with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial markets in Italy, France or Belgium and a convincing network of UHNW/HNWI clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
• Experience in Wealth Management services is welcome but not required.
• Fluent in Italian or French.

• Strong networker and skilled relationship builder.
• Collaborative team player yet independent enough to plan and execute your own activities.
• Active participation in clubs, alumni networks or entrepreneurial activities.
