Location: Genf

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cashew Kernel Sales Executive to drive sales and strengthen our market presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with existing clients, identify and onboard new clients, and oversee logistical and operational aspects of the business. The role involves regular participation in food fairs and industry shows to showcase products and expand the client base.

This is a highly collaborative position requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Strengthen and expand sales with existing clients by maintaining regular communication and addressing their needs.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients to grow the company’s customer base in Europe.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Development
  • Represent the company at food fairs, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
  • Showcase the company's product range, build brand awareness, and establish new business relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify opportunities.
Logistics Coordination
  • Monitor and manage the stock position of cashew kernels within European warehouses.
  • Plan and arrange trucking and transportation for timely deliveries to clients across Europe.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and ensure smooth distribution operations.
Cross-Origin Coordination
  • Work closely with suppliers from diverse origins to ensure consistent quality and supply.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules, quality checks, and documentation to maintain efficient operations.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, stock updates, and client interaction records.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on market performance.
