Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our client's sales team, covering Swiss External Asset Managers (Independent Wealth Managers) across Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening relationships, expanding market share, and driving sales of our fund solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Swiss External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Independent Wealth Managers throughout Switzerland.
  • Promote and distribute the firm’s fund offerings.
  • Identify client needs, and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and effective follow-up.
  • Proactively monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the Swiss EAM sector.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
  • Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in fund sales, structured products, or other financial product distribution to Swiss External Asset Managers.
  • Solid knowledge of the Swiss EAM / Independent Wealth Manager landscape, with an existing network considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, asset management, and wealth management practices.
  • Proven track record of business development and sales execution in Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  • Team player with entrepreneurial drive, client-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
