Location: Geneva
Sales – Commodities SoftwareKey Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with energy & commodities clients.
- Deliver product training, onboarding and user support.
- Manage client rollouts, account growth and retention.
- Work closely with sales, product and technical teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support product launches and client projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and French
. - Experience or interest in commodities, trading, market data or financial markets.
- Strong Excel skills (Python/VBA an advantage).
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of derivatives, OTC/exchange markets or trading workflows is a plus.
- Technical understanding of APIs, networking or IT infrastructure is beneficial.
