• Act as an Ambassador of Cartier in the Boutique and at external client events, delivering outstanding service to high-value guests and making them feel at home.
• Proactively build a strong relationship with your client portfolio and guide them across Creations to deliver a unique client experience.
• Contribute to the smooth running of Boutique operations and align with team targets, while supporting shared team objectives.
• Foster a positive energy within the team and collaborate with a diverse group to provide ultra-personal service.
• Leverage product training and development to meet client expectations with passion, commitment and drive.

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in Luxury Watch or Jewelry environments.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to understand luxury client needs.
• Fluent in English and French; positive energy and strong team spirit.
