Responsibilities
• Design, lead and execute global key account strategies for major agricultural players
• Negotiate complex multi-country agreements with major agribusiness stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities and new service offerings
• Provide strategic advice to clients on commodity markets
• Orchestrate and align cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, International Trade or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in international sales, key account management or trading environments
- Expertise in agricultural markets and commercial dynamics
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to influence within matrix organizations
- Understanding of testing, inspection and certification activities
