We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Sales Executive based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Remote, homebased. Based in Geneva, with regular travel required throughout Switzerland and Austria.

Full-time, Permanent

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8.40am to 5.20pm.

This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Clinical products, in particular our QC range, to laboratories in Austria and Switzerland. This role will focus on developing business with current customers as well as winning new business.

• Be responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Clinical products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business.
• Contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within your region.
• Identify and develop customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented.
• Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
• Manage key accounts.
• Conduct market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
• Travel to complete regular in person customer visits.
• Utilise the Randox CRM system on a daily basis.
• Attend sales exhibitions and events.

• A bachelors degree or higher in a Life Science or Business-related discipline.
• Fluent in English, French and German.
• Strong presentation skills in both creation and delivery.
• Possess a full driving licence.
• Flexibility in your availability to meet business needs.
• Flexibility to travel within the region to visit current and potential customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise working procedures.
• Experience in working to and achieving targets.
• High degree of self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high‑level business partners.

• Experience with in the diagnostics market.
• Previous experience within a Life Science, Bio‑Tech or Medical industry.
• Previous experience in a sales position.
• Previous experience within a laboratory environment.
• Experience in dealing with stakeholders such as Lab Managers.
