Location: Genf
CERN in Geneva is seeking a highly qualified scientist to work on foundation models for high energy physics. You will design and train transformer architectures using calorimeter data and self-supervised learning techniques, prioritising computational efficiency and multi-task capabilities.
The role requires a PhD or Master’s with relevant experience, strong Python and DL framework skills, and fluency in English with a willingness to learn French. Hybrid work and 40-hour weeks are available.
