Multi-Skilled Technician

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.

For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in Geneva we are looking for a Multi Skilled Technician.

• Comply with all government and company regulations and guidelines related to building operations and workplace safety.
• Review work orders and resolve issues.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs of facilities in order to minimize business disruptions and inconvenience.
• Support the implementation of a preventive maintenance program for building facilities and systems to ensure they meet or exceed their expected lifespan.
• Verify and confirm that work is completed, equipment is fully functional, and customer areas are in proper working condition.

• Certification (CFC or equivalent) in HVAC with a solid basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• OIBT Art. 15 certification is a plus.
• Good physical condition (heavy lifting required).
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Communication skills to exchange basic information.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and general comfort with computer tools.
