Location: Genf
CERN offers a 24-month onsite role in the qualification and characterisation of HTS tapes and cables for HL-LHC upgrades and high-field magnets. You will learn cryogenics and superconductivity skills, and contribute to magnet construction and testing activities.
Responsibilities include measuring critical currents, installing instrumentation, analyzing results, and participating in power transmission system tests near Geneva.
