Chez Services Plus Énergies (SPE), nous recrutons un
· e Exploitant
· e d'installations CVC pour prendre en charge un parc d'installations et assurer leur bon fonctionnement au quotidien. Vous intervenez sur des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation, et vous contribuez au confort des habitants tout en maîtrisant les consommations d'énergie.
Vous suivrez l'état des équipements, réaliserez les maintenances curatives et préventives, et participerez à des interventions d'urgence.
