YALI is looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at the Milan head office. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in fashion/luxury sales, and a passion for independent fashion. You will work closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, trunk shows, and private clients.

Responsibilities Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods

Lead buyer communications, follow-ups, and sales coordination

Organize and execute trunk shows and private client appointments

Drive direct sales and deliver a high-level, personalized client experience

Collaborate closely with sales, production, and internal teams to support business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in fashion/luxury sales (wholesale, direct-to-consumer, or private clients)
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills

Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Based in Milan and available to work on-site Willing to travel during key sales periods
