Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Sports Medicine business for Northern Italy within the Endoscopy division, guiding a regional sales team to accelerate growth and strengthen hospital partnerships. You balance strategic planning with hands‑on field leadership to drive performance and operational excellence. You will develop talent, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and shape regional commercial strategy. This is a high‑visibility leadership role at a top Med Tech company with a focus on impactful customer outcomes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team across Northern Italy Drive regional performance against quarterly and annual targets

Build and execute strategic plans to accelerate growth

Cultivate partnerships with hospitals and healthcare systems

Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles

Ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable pipeline development

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience and smooth Order‑to‑Cash Support indirect sales channels and agents in the region

Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions

Foster accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Model leadership through mentoring and sharing best practices

Support local and European strategic initiatives and act as delegate when needed

ResponsabilitàBachelor's degree required
10+ years total professional experience

Proven track record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets

Experience in Medical Devices, preferably Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Implants, or operating theatre

Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles

Experience leading through influence, coaching, and people development

Commercial and financial acumen with strong business planning

Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Capital sales experience is a plus English proficiency
