A global manufacturer of innovative ingredients is recruiting an experienced Technical Account Manager to grow sales and support customers across Italy. In this fast-paced role, you’ll blend technical understanding with strong market insight, instantly building impact in a fast moving, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and deliver against ambitious commercial targets
Manage and develop B2B customer relationships across the territory
Provide clear responses to technical, formulation, regulatory and commercial enquiries
Identify opportunities through market insight, contacts and industry intelligence
Prepare account plans, call reports and track opportunities with precision
Monitor KPIs and report on performance trends and variances
Represent the business at key exhibitions, seminars and industry events

Candidate Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of the beauty & personal care market across Italy
A strong network of potential client contacts
Motivated, proactive and keen to set new sales records
Clear, confident communication skills in English and Italian
