The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo and Molise territories, driving the growth of the Consumables business by optimizing the regional dealer network, strengthening relationships with distribution partners, and developing existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Be accountable for driving demand generation and revenue growth for the Consumables portfolio within the assigned territory.
Train and support the sales teams of regional dealers, plan the launch of new products with key distribution partners, and accompany dealer sales representatives during customer visits to promote Dentsply Sirona products and strengthen their technical knowledge.
Regularly visit key dental professionals across the territory to promote Dentsply Sirona solutions and integrate them into clinical workflows.
Collaborate with dealers to define promotional activities and organize clinical education and co-marketing events.
Main Activities
Execute the commercial strategy defined by the company, including sales plans and promotional initiatives, while identifying and implementing growth opportunities within the dealer network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring the successful introduction of Dentsply Sirona products and programs and providing prompt support whenever issues arise.
Continuously collect and analyze sales data and market intelligence, including competitor activities, market trends, and the needs of both end customers and distributors. Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, and Credit.
Support the planning and actively participate in key regional and national congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
Preferred residence: Ancona, Pescara, Teramo or Ascoli Piceno.
Background
Strong knowledge of Territory Management principles, sales methodologies, and consultative selling techniques.
Excellent understanding of IT tools, internal processes, and the dynamics of working within a structured multinational environment.

Annual gross salary in the range of €35,000–€45,000 , depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 30% of the base salary .
