Managing corporate and commercial litigation files from strategy to pleadings
Representing Belgian and international clients in complex disputes
Drafting procedural documents and developing litigation strategies
Advising clients pragmatically on risk assessment and dispute resolution
Collaborating closely with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters

5 to 7 years  of experience in Corporate and Commercial Litigation
Fluent in  Dutch  and  English
Belgian Master in Law  with strong academic results
