Position: Administrator / Marketing Assistant
Our client in George is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator / Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with marketing activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to support day-to-day office operations while contributing to property marketing initiatives.

Description:
Administration:

• General office administration, filing, and record-keeping
• Data capturing and updating property listings and client information
• Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
• Assisting with contracts, mandates, and property documentation
• Scheduling appointments, viewings, and meetings
• Supporting management and agents with administrative tasks

Marketing Support:

• Assisting with property marketing listings on online portals and company platforms
• Updating social media pages and basic digital marketing content
• Preparing marketing material (property flyers, brochures, adverts)
• Coordinating signage, photography, and marketing campaigns
• Ensuring brand and corporate identity compliance

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Previous administration experience (property industry advantageous)
• Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of online marketing and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
