We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service to every guest who walks through our doors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.

You will assist in managing reservations, coordinating guest services, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the front office. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating diverse situations, showcasing excellent communication skills, and displaying a keen attention to detail. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that guests have a memorable stay, understanding the importance of hospitality in our service-oriented industry.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate room assignments and ensure the maintenance of accurate room inventory.
  • Assist with reservation management, including modifications and cancellations, using our booking software.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to provide outstanding guest service.
