You will work across departments—from our championship golf course to our award-winning spa and diverse F&B outlets—to ensure every group itinerary is seamless, sophisticated, and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Group Life Cycles: Handle the end-to-end booking process for groups, including initial inquiries, quotes, contracts, and final rooming lists.

Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Golf, Spa, and F&B teams to schedule tee times, group treatments, and private dining functions.

Inventory Management: Monitor room blocks and release dates to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Guest Relations: Act as the dedicated liaison for group organizers, providing personalized service and ensuring all special requests are met.

Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate data entry in the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain meticulous files for billing and reporting.

Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling luxury suites, specialized spa packages, or premium F&B experiences during the booking process.

Pre-Arrival Briefings: Conduct handover meetings with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure a smooth check-in experience for large parties.

Requirments

Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in Reservations or Front Office, specifically within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestline, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.

Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex logistics under pressure.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of high-occupancy periods and group arrival schedules.

Desirable Qualifications / Attributes:

Strong understanding of Golf and Spa operations to better assist with complex group itineraries.

High level of commercial awareness and a "sales-first" mindset.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, helpful attitude.
