The Role
Honey guide is a marketing agency within our group, purpose-built to support high-growth insurance brands. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to sit within Honey guide and act as the operational backbone of the marketing function servicing Dotsure.
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational effectiveness of the marketing function. The role ensures marketing strategies are translated into clear delivery plans, teams are aligned and supported, campaigns are delivered on time, data flows accurately, and stakeholders have confidence in marketing execution.

Marketing planning & delivery- Own and manage the marketing planning cadence (quarterly planning, monthly priorities, weekly delivery rhythms) for the Dotsure marketing team.
- Translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans, timelines, and work streams.
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives move smoothly from briefing through to delivery.
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively resolve blockers.
- Design, document, and continuously improve marketing workflows and processes.
- Act as the central coordination point across brand, performance, digital, content, creative, and external partners.
- Implement and maintain clear briefing, approval, and sign-off processes.
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with regulatory, compliance, and TCF requirements.
- Own the day-to-day use and optimisation of marketing tools and platforms (project management, automation, reporting, dashboards).
- Establish consistent reporting frameworks across campaigns and channels.
- Ensure accurate, timely visibility of marketing activity, progress, and outcomes.
- Support a data-driven marketing culture through clean reporting and insight sharing.
- Work closely with Dotsure’s leadership to support delivery against business objectives.
- Act as the operational bridge between Honey guide, Dotsure, and internal/external delivery teams.
- Enable marketers to focus on strategy and execution by removing friction and ambiguity.
- Support resource planning, workload balancing, and prioritisation across the team.
- Marketing plans are clear, realistic, and consistently delivered.
- Campaigns launch on time, with fewer surprises and less last‑minute pressure.
- Stakeholders have confidence in marketing timelines, priorities, and reporting.
- The marketing team spends more time doing high‑value work and less time firefighting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing management, or delivery-focused marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of how modern marketing teams operate across multiple disciplines.
- Experience implementing or running marketing workflows, project management, and reporting systems.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who can work across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or performance reporting tools.
- Agency or in‑house hybrid experience.
- Structured thinker who brings clarity to complexity.
- Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating behind the scenes to enable others.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Must be a pet lover.
