We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team and drive our sales initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a key member of our hotel’s sales department, you will play a vital role in managing hotel bookings, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This position requires a strong understanding of the hotel market and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new customers. Your expertise in coordinating sales-related activities, including meetings and presentations, will ensure our hotel remains competitive and top-of-mind for prospective guests. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to assess performance and provide insights that will help shape our sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in creating and managing sales strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate hotel booking processes and maintain an organized database of clients and inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost hotel visibility.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with hotel services.
  • Coordinate site visits and presentations for prospective customers, showcasing hotel facilities and offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
