Our client in George is hiring a skilled and reliable Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial environments

Description:
A qualified Electrician is required to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, skilled in fault-finding, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, defects, or safety risks
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulations
• Test electrical systems using appropriate testing devices
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Qualified Electrician (Trade Test / relevant electrical qualification) (advantageous)
• Previous experience as an Electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
