Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator in Georgetown, DE. The role includes writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Write accurate repair estimates.
  • Conduct process reviews.
  • Check in customer vehicles.
  • Complete final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
  • Finalize total loss administration.
  • Communicate post‑repair plan and vehicle status updates to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
Abilities – Skills – Knowledge
  • Perform consistent physical activity (reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lift objects over 50 lbs).
  • Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures.
  • Strong sales orientation.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
