Who You Are

We are seeking a high‑impact Business Analyst to lead strategic digital initiatives that improve processes, drive productivity, and deliver measurable business value across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can operate at both strategic and execution levels, and is comfortable working directly with senior leadership to bring ideas to life.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal digital projects, from ideation through execution, while ensuring alignment with financial targets and organizational priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
  • Build and defend business cases tied to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across business units, regions, and P&L leaders.
  • Operate within structured governance frameworks and present regularly to executives.
  • Project management: run 2–3 projects simultaneously in accordance with the TMO standard operating procedure.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams that design and execute productivity initiatives.
  • Articulate a project handoff before a project starts and align roles and responsibilities at launch.
  • Build crisp problem statements and iterate them with project sponsors 2–3 times in gate reviews.
  • Create artifacts including project charters, workplans, scoping, scorecards, action‑item lists, and project prenups.
  • Build project business case and articulate assumptions to senior leaders.
  • Generate hypotheses for potential projects, test them quickly, scale successful initiatives, generate targets, and transparently share variance reporting (actuals vs target).
  • Align targets with P&L leaders prior to AOP and establish governance and executive report outs.
  • Run the TMO gate review process, prepare gating artifacts and templates, and prep the project team to present at gate review.
  • Work with HUB and FP&A to track project results.
  • Build a change management structure and lead it through a change management process.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in SAP process improvement and productivity experience preferred.
  • Critical‑thinking skills and the ability to break down complex problems into discrete small projects.
  • Ability to scope projects in small, achievable buckets and generate hypotheses that can be tested rapidly.
  • Prioritization skills to focus on the vital few and avoid ‘boiling the ocean.’
  • Mental agility, the ability to flex and change courses quickly as situations evolve.
  • Strong organization: time stewardship, meeting management, pre‑meeting agendas, pre‑work, and a meeting strategy that encourages project‑team dialogue.
  • Process orientation: consistently update action‑item lists with specific owners and deadlines.
Benefits & Compensation

Competitive Health+Wellness benefit plan; 3weeks PTO, 3 floating holidays, and separate sick time; competitive base salary and incentive plan; 401(k) plan with company match. Expected compensation range: $123,690–$181,412 plus discretionary bonuses.

Solenis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
