Your role will involve:

As a Director within

Europe

Way finders,you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during

Way finders’foundational phase–translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.

You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growthforthe Benelux Way finders practice,cultivating client relationships,and winning and delivering consulting engagements– with a particular focus on opportunity expansion in the Netherlands.

You willcollaboratewith Consulting Partnersand Associate Partners tobuild credibility, momentum, and market presence,andwill be targeted tounlocknew revenue and business development opportunities.

In delivery,youwill lead large-scale, complex engagements, delivering measurable outcomes for clients while mentoring high-performing consulting teams.

With a strong consultancy background andexpertisein areas such as IT Value Transformation, Cyber Security, or Data & AI,you’llhelp shape our go-to-market strategy,developscalable offerings, and position Way finders asatrusted advisor for strategic technology transformation.

Thisrole offers the opportunity to combine entrepreneurial energy with leadership impactand to help accelerate Way finders’ growth in Europe.

As a Director, you will be responsible for:

Business Development

Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic initiatives to expand

Wayfindersmarket presence and revenue streams.

Leading the creation of compelling proposals andclient presentations,resulting in Way finders consulting revenue, either standalone or as part of a joint engagement with Europe Region.

Identifying follow-on opportunities and supporting pipeline growth across key accounts.

Contributing to marketing initiatives and the creation of compelling pointsofview.

Client delivery & leadership

Leading large orcomplex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements across industries.

Providing strategic oversight,ensuring quality deliverables,and alignment with client expectations.

Building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Advising clients on strategic transformation initiatives and technology adoption.

Partnering with leadership to shape and grow our business, including go-to-market strategy, service offerings, thought-leadership, and consulting methodologies.

Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and deliver compelling consulting services.
