Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Plumbing Foreman for the Delaware Market

• Provide oversight and direction for field personnel and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure materials are available before scheduling labor and evaluate the quality of work at each construction phase.
• Assist with complex project installation challenges and make recommendations to the project manager.
• Promote safety and quality standards, providing informal training and guidance on plumbing methods.

• 5 years of experience with plumbing new construction.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Applicable state code knowledge.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Journeyman certification is preferred, but multiple factors will be considered. Effective problem‑solving, diplomacy, mentoring ability, passion for quality, good communication and interpersonal skills are desirable attributes.

The full‑time foreman position typically works Monday - Friday
, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
