Position

Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all day-to-day construction site operations. Manage project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved. Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, quality control, and jobsite safety. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, consultants, and the project management team. Conduct site meetings and ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications. Monitor productivity, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
