Role Overview

As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing on-site activities from start to finish. You'll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure each project meets our expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Perform regular quality control checks and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Track progress against project timelines and key milestones
• Update schedules, job logs, and material needs using project management tools
• Work closely with Project Managers to address challenges and keep projects moving
• Lead client walkthroughs and ensure a positive homeowner experience
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar field role
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office (training available)
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Experience in residential construction preferred (commercial experience considered)
• Ability to commute daily to job sites within Sussex County, DE

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience
