HVAC Dispatcher

Overview

F.H. Furr is expanding and seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused Dispatcher to join our Georgetown, DE team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service delivery for our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirements

* Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracy

* Provide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow-up communication

* Support field technicians by relaying job-related information and ensuring proper documentation

* Maintain accurate records within the dispatching system

* Collaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling

* Experience with Service Titan and/or Pro Book is strongly preferred

* Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a high-paced environment with shifting priorities

* Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset
