• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for an average of 18 patients daily
• Manage diverse treatment disorders including anxiety, mood, psychotic, and trauma-related conditions
• Collaborate with a team of 2 psychiatrists, 3+ APPs, and per diem psychologists
• Participate in voluntary and involuntary treatment processes, including commitments
• Follow established protocols using the Wellsky EMR system
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-focused environment

• Active Delaware psychiatric medical license
• DEA certification
• 1+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Strong pharmacotherapy skills
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments preferred
