Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join the Land Development Group in our Georgetown, DE office.

This position is responsible for hands‑on design and support of land development projects
, contributing from initial planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. At MRA, you'll work on a diverse mix of commercial and residential development projects
, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions across the Mid‑Atlantic.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, EIT preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in land development (Stormwater Management, Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control Design)
• Water resources experience preferred
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules and permitting coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required (Civil 3D preferred)
