Senior Civil Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience for the Land Development Group in our Georgetown, DE Office. This position is responsible for hands‑on design and management of land development projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. At MRA, you’ll work on a diverse mix of commercial and residential development projects
, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions across the Mid‑Atlantic.

• Experience in private residential land development and commercial land development
• Extensive experience designing and managing medium to large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm drain design, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) design and Utility design
• Working knowledge of Delaware state and local regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, schedules, and county/municipal reviews
• Experience leading and managing staff/personnel
• Strong communication skills with clients and company leadership/principals
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule
