Strom Aviation is seeking experienced aircraft inspectors with a strong background in corporate fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards and returned to service in a safe, airworthy condition. Our client has asked for our assistance in helping them find a few experienced inspectors that are looking for permanent/long term work at their facility in Middletown, DE.This is a direct placement Opportunity.
What we’re looking for:- Current FAA A&P license
- At least 5 years of aircraft inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of FAR Part 145, FAA forms, maintenance records, and return-to-service requirements
- Experience reading blueprints, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation
- Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
- King Air, Cessna, or Pilatus
- Bell, Airbus Helicopters, Agusta, or Sikorsky
- Corporate fixed-wing and/or rotorcraft
Key responsibilities include aircraft and component inspections, maintenance-record audits, regulatory compliance, airworthiness verification, and mentoring less-experienced inspectors.
- Pay is based on experience.
