Caregiver / Home Care Aide – All Shifts Available

Location:

Serving Clients throughout Kent & Sussex Counties

Schedule:

Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available

In this role, you will provide non‑medical personal assistance services, ensuring our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Companionship & Social Engagement
• Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Personal Assistance – Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing support
• Mobility Assistance & Transfers
• Medication Reminders
• Transportation & Errand Assistance (if applicable)

All services are provided with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to client dignity.

• HHA or CNA certification is welcomed but not required
• Caregivers and Home Care Aides without certification must have at least 6 months of direct caregiving experience
• Must pass a pre‑employment physical & drug screening
• TB Test Clearance Required Criminal Background & Fingerprint Check Required
• Reliable Transportation Required – If transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to Work One (1) Weekend Day Per Month

• Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
