• Previous work with children on the autism spectrum, particularly within elementary grade levels
• Strong understanding of data collection, behavior assessment, and intervention planning
• Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, aides, and families
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to engage with students and staff at two nearby locations

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and produce evidence-based intervention plans
• Oversee and mentor paraprofessionals and support staff in consistent plan implementation
• Deliver direct and indirect support to students in K-5, adapting interventions as needed
• Provide training and consultation for school personnel and parents regarding behavior strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches for maximum impact
