Job Title

This position, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides assistance with activities of daily living to intermediate care residents with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, toileting, and ambulation; monitoring and recording resident vitals; conducting rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of residents; plan implementation; transporting residents as needed to activities and special appointments; and other related duties.
