Venza Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to join our talented team in Georgetown, DE. Salary

$95,000 per year, based on experience. ($45-$50/hr based on experience)

Full time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Some weekends require

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for rehabilitation in skilled nursing
  • Manage the rehabilitation department's budget, equipment, and supply needs
  • Foster strong relationships with the medical team to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the therapy staff
  • What You Bring to the Table
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program
  • Current state license as a therapist
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
