Easterseals is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist who works well with children and adults to join our interdisciplinary team of therapists. The role supports individuals in achieving milestones and working across a wide variety of diagnoses. Treatment in this role is a mix of community- and center-based services.

• Provide physical therapy services to children and adults within community and center-based settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support functional milestones.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals.

• Compassion for others and a desire to support children with disabilities
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• State of Delaware licensure
• Driving record in good standing for community visits
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening

• Experience working with children and adults with disabilities is a plus, but not required
