PRN Pharmacist

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* 40 hours per week
* Coverage Dates:
July 7, 2026 - July 22, 2026
* Specific coverage days needed:
July 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 20, and 21
* Candidates available for full weekly coverage are welcome### Overview This position is in a rehabilitation hospital setting and offers the opportunity to work a full-time schedule while supporting pharmacy operations and patient care services. Specific coverage dates are needed, though candidates interested in working the full assignment duration are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide pharmacy staffing and clinical support services in a hospital setting
* Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
* Supervise and provide oversight to Pharmacy Technicians during assigned shifts
* Ensure accurate medication order processing and documentation
* Participate in patient medication management and pharmacy operations
* Maintain compliance with all pharmacy, hospital, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to support quality patient care
* Support IV compounding activities as needed
Required Qualifications:
* Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license
* Recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred
* IV Compounding experience required
* Strong medication management and clinical pharmacy skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* Willingness to participate in weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage if needed###
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in rehabilitation or acute care hospital settings
* Familiarity with hospital pharmacy information systems
* Experience supervising or working alongside Pharmacy Technicians Assignment Details:
