Key

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience or strong interest working in school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP process and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing direct, in-person therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with varying needs
• Conduct assessments and assist in the development and implementation of IEPsConsult and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
  
  Maintain meticulous documentation in line with school and district protocols
• Participate in meetings, including the initial session scheduled for the morning of 8/7 for role specifics
• Provide ongoing feedback and progress reports to stakeholders
