Amedisys is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT services under a physician-approved plan of care. You will assess needs, develop plans, and ensure safe, effective therapy delivery in patients’ homes with timely documentation and collaboration with care teams.
Requirements include a state OT license, ACOTE-accredited education, NBCOT eligibility or certification, and CPR certification. One year of OT experience is preferred; mentoring may be arranged for less than a year.
