Interim Pharmacy Manager (PIC) | Georgetown, DE | October 2026 - January 2027
COMPETITIVE HOURLY PAY RATE/GREAT SCHEDULE!
We're seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Manager / PIC for a short-term medical leave interim assignment at a 36 bed rehabilitation hospital in Georgetown, Delaware.
This is a working Pharmacy Manager role requiring both pharmacy staffing and PIC oversight responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
- Provide pharmacy staffing coverage
- Supervise pharmacy operations and support pharmacy technicians
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance
- Support medication management for an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Hospital pharmacy experience
- Previous PIC or pharmacy leadership experience
- Experience with Pyxis and/or Well Sky preferred
- Ability to step into a fast-paced interim leadership assignment
- Supported by Cardinal Health Remote Order Entry Services
- No chemotherapy compounding
- Weekend/on-call coverage may be required
