Activity Aide I
Organizes and conducts group/individual activities, games, dances, arts/crafts, and community trips to develop resident skills and motivate residents in leisure time and social activities. Observing and recording resident progress, developing activity treatment/goal attainment plans and maintaining program records, assists with resident hygiene care. Conducts initial and ongoing activity assessments to ensure activities conform with overall treatment goals. Is a member of the treatment team.
Operates vehicles and assume responsibility for care and safety of residents on outings. Works with community groups, and recreational facilities to schedule and coordinate activities.
